LORI PAVLICEK is President of the Mt. Angel Community Foundation. Lori joined the board after an 18 year stint as an Oktoberfest Board Member, and as Board Secretary. In addition to the Foundation Board, Lori remains active in the local community by volunteering for a variety of festival events that take place, and serves on many boards that encompass agriculture. In 2017, Lori was awarded "First Citizen" by the Mt. Angel Chamber of Commerce. A life long community member, Lori graduated from Silverton Union High School and went on to receive  a degree in Business Economics from George Fox College. After college, she managed a "start up" frozen yogurt shop for several years, and then on to her forever position on her family's farm. Lori is married to Derek and has two daughters, who are also very active in the community.
